Flooring Liquidations

1. New Standard II

We have 4 of the most popular New Standard II colors in stock, which we have discounted significantly as we are trying to reduce our flooring inventory to prepare for patio season. New Standard II is what we consider our most basic line.  It is similar in quality to the nicest LVP product offered at a big-box retail store

Technical Details (if you would like an explanation of what this means, feel free to come in and chat, or read our general page on flooring):

Plank dimensions: 6"x48"
Wear-layer Thickness: 12mil
Overall Plank Thickness: 5 mm

2. Avantgarde

The Avantgarde line is on the frontier of LVP, and is currently the state of the art in floating floors.  Planks are large and beautiful, and has less pattern repetition than almost every other line in existence.  Additionally, the wear-layer (usually the most important specification when it comes to determining LVP quality) is fundamentally different.  Instead of having a wear-layer on top of a picture like all other LVP, this uses 3d printing technology to actually imitate the surface of a wood directly on the core, giving an extremely satisfying and real texture. We have two colors in stock that we got an outrageous deal on a closeout.  This has the largest discount magnitude of any product.

Technical Specifications:
Plank dimensions: 8"x60"
Wear Layer: AC4 (which is high commercial grade)
Overall Plank Thickness: 5 mm
Core: Stone Polymer Composite

Avantgarde: Beckham (2500 ft available)
Full Retail: $6.89/ft
Current Price:  $3.99/ft
Avantgarde: Beckham

Avantgarde: Elizabeth (3600 ft available)
Full Retail: $6.89/ft
Current Price:  $3.99/ft
Avantgarde: Elizabeth

3. Lux Haus II: Brookstone (3500 sq ft available)

Full Retail: $6.65/ft
Current Price:  $3.99/ft
Another ultra-premium line that we were able to pick up some of at a closeout. This gorgeous plank comes with three different row-sizes to more closely imitate the look and feel of real hard-wood.  Cork padding layer is firm but offers a tiny bit of give; a very pleasing surface to walk on.

Plank dimensions: 9"x64",  7"x64",  5"x64"
Wear-layer Thickness: 20mil
Overall Plank Thickness: 5 mm
Core: Stone Polymer Composite
Additional Info: Ceramic Bead Coating, Cork Padding

 Lux Haus II: Brookstone

4. Ozark I Gluedown (4000 ft available)

Full Retail: $1.79/ft
Current Price:  $1.09/ft

We got a smokin' deal on one color of an LVP glue-down closeout.  Some notes on gluedown: there are no locking mechanisms to create a floating floor; rather, adhesive is applied to a surface, and then plank is placed and pressed on the adhesive. Glue-down does not have padding attached.  Generally, glue-down is good in large commercial areas, or places like basements where the floor is not perfectly level.  The largest advantage glue-down has over a locking floor is if a plank somehow gets destroyed or damaged, it is extremely easy to pull up that single plank and pop in a new one.

Technical Specifications:
Plank dimensions: 7"x48"
Wear Layer: 20 mil
Overall Plank Thickness: 2.5mm
Core: PVC

Ozark I

5. Wood Trends (Laminate): Barcelona (2500 ft available)

Full Retail: $3.65/ft
Current Price:  $2.35/ft

A very nice laminate (due to commercial level AC-4 wear rating), that can be a cheaper alternative to the LVP we sell.  Laminate is always wood-core, so it's water resistance is not quite as amazing as all of our stone-core LVP.  However, the scratch and dent resistance of laminate is remarkable, especially given it's cost.  Surface texture is satisfying to the touch (i.e. laminates have improved significantly in the last 15 years).

Technical Specifications:
Plank dimensions: 7"x48"
Wear Layer: AC4 (which is high commercial grade)
Overall Plank Thickness: 10 mm
Core: WPC

Wood Trends: Barcelona

6. Brilliance: Yosemite (1000 ft available)

Full Retail: $5.19/ft
Current Price:  $3.55/ft

A gorgeous LVP, slightly nicer than the New Standard II line (larger planks, and thicker wear-layer).  This is what we used for our own floor in our new windowed space.

Plank dimensions: 7"x48"
Wear-layer Thickness: 18mil
Overall Plank Thickness: 5.5 mm
Core: Stone Polymer Composite
Additional Info: Ceramic Bead Coating

Brilliance: Yosemite
